ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Clothes upcycling workshop – No sewing required
Give your wardrobe a second life without needing a sewing machine. This fun and practical no-sew clothes upcycling workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to refresh and personalise their wardrobe, reducing textile waste and prolonging the life of existing clothes.
You’ll learn simple, effective ways to alter and reimagine your clothes without sewing, helping you get more wear out of garments you already own. Whether it’s adjusting the fit, updating the style, or transforming pieces into something entirely new, you’ll walk away with a fresh perspective and the confidence to start your upcycling journey.

- Simple, no-sew techniques to improve fit, comfort, and wearability
- Creative ways to restyle and reinvent clothes you already own
- Practical tips to reduce textile waste and keep garments out of landfill
- Clothing, shoe, and handbag care strategies to extend the life of your wardrobe
- Personalised upcycling and alteration ideas based on the items you bring

Refreshments
Morning or afternoon tea will be available for attendees to enjoy. Unfortunately, I cannot cater to the specific dietary or allergy requirements of individual attendees.
Clothing Swap
The core purpose of Second Life Upcycling is to encourage recycling, repurposing, rethinking and reusing. With this in mind, feel free to bring along good quality clothes you would like to swap or give to other workshop attendees. This encourages a circular economy and ensures your clothes go to a good home and are kept out of landfill (hopefully).
Note: Any garments or accessories not taken by other workshop attendees will have to be taken home. I do not offer a recycling service.
